One of the assignments to be carried out in this exercise was to validate the positions of some oil and gas wells that are under contention between Abia State and Rivers State. This assignment is very critical and sensitive, therefore, it has to revisited with the new boundary coordinates between the two states from the latest boundary adjustment exercise. The wells in contest as shown in table 11.
